A 4-course dinner features fine heritage beef and the ceremonial 'Address to a Haggis'. There will be entertainment by traditional Scottish dancers and pipers, and a dramatic delivery of Robbie Burns' toasts to the 'Laddies' and 'Lasses'. The evening will conclude with a heartfelt tribute to friendship, as guests join in a rousing rendition of 'Auld Lang Syne', honouring the immortal words of the Bard.
