Our chefs are inspired by the abundant local produce they can gather within a few kilometres of our Bürgenstock Resort. Visiting markets, home producers and vineyards they have created fresh and delicious menus. Dishes feature porcini, venison, truffles, creamy pumpkins, river trout, wild herbs, quince, walnuts, goats cheese and velvety Swiss chocolate. Wine lists include gems selected from the 60 small vineyards around Lake Lucerne.
