Grand Vintage Dinner | Moët & Chandon
Every 10 seconds, somewhere in the world, a bottle of Moët & Chandon is opened. Marie-Christine Osselin, wine expert from the legendary Champagne house, leads an evening of fascinating stories, vintage tastings, and gastronomic pairings. Guests are guided on a 25-year journey through Moët & Chandon’s Grand Vintage collection, featuring the exceptional years 2000, 2009, and 2016. This Grand Vintage Trilogy tells a Tale of Sublimation. For Moët & Chandon, sublimation means the art of transformation harbored in the subtlest adjustments within the wine making process, where even the most difficult conditions can result in exceptional Grand Vintage champagnes. Executive Chef Jean-Michel Bardet and Corporate Culinary Director Mike Wehrle will complement the tastings with 5-courses of exquisite and surprising gastronomy.
