The Fritz Wassmer Winery is in Schlatt, Baden, Germany’s southernmost wine-growing region. The family has tended vineyards and farms here for generations. The Fritz Wassmer Winery was founded in 1998 with the goal of producing Pinot Noir at the highest level. The unique terroirs of Breisgau are ideally suited for growing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris. Wassmer aims to reveal 'the unique terroir in every sip'.
